Award Winner Houses North Dakota Farm Bureau
When the North Dakota Farm Bureau decided to build a new office complex it needed to blend into a local residential community. Missouri River Contracting did just that using a Metallic Building. The project won one of this year’s Top Category Excellence Awards given by Metallic.

The 8,000 foot structure features a sleek design with stone and brick accents, a slim-line canopy, and offset roof lines gives a symmetrical clerestory appearance.
The organization’s facility offer flexible office space plus room to grow. While located in a residential community, the design scheme complements the neighborhood.
With membership of more than 27,000, the Farm Bureau creates quality programs and services for the 50 counties they serve; and their new facility will help them reach their goals. Builder, Missouri River Contracting, Inc. took pride in offering quality craftsmanship solutions that met the organization’s need.

The 1- :12 roof slope primary framing is dark gray pre-engineered metal.
Three different wall panels were used: SuperLok 16 inch, 24 gauge panels in Midnight Bronze, Signature 300; Designer Series 12 inch, Slate Gray; Signature 300BattenLok HS.
